Delivery information

Next working day delivery

Order fresh cooking oil online and we will deliver it directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

• Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are intended for delivery on the next working day, excluding bank holidays.
• Orders placed after 1pm are intended for delivery on the following working day.
• Delivery offer: until Friday 6 November, delivery is £5.99 per order to UK addresses, however many items you order, with no remote area surcharge. See the delivery offer terms below.
• Next-working-day delivery applies to most of mainland UK. Some areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and Cornwall, take a working day longer; the checkout shows your estimated date once you enter your postcode.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.

If something arrives damaged, or you need to cancel or return an order, see our returns & refunds policy.
